Subcontract Machining

We have a CNC machining facility at our Dudley unit, where we specialise in batch production machining according to our customer's requirements.

Outsourcing from India: Many customers seek cost-effective and reliable quality engineering products, so we connect them with our elite suppliers in India. This allows our customers to save a minimum of 30% compared to UK prices. Our Pune division handles all activities related to our Indian suppliers.

Design of Bespoke Parts: We perform reverse engineering to develop custom parts tailored to our clients' needs using CAD software.

Design of Cutting Tools: We provide design solutions for cutting tools based on customer specifications and regularly supply renowned companies.

Design and Supply of Hydraulic Clamping Fixtures: We create design solutions for hydraulic, pneumatic, and manual clamping fixtures to reduce setup time and increase productivity.

One of our customers from Birmingham has greatly benefited from our services. For example, with our new design concept, they were able to finish machining parts in just 7 shifts instead of the previous 45 shifts. This significant improvement boosted their productivity and saved them considerable money.

Design and Supply of Special-Purpose Machines and Automation: We design special-purpose machines and automation tailored to customer needs and budgets. With our innovative ideas and designs, customers have experienced substantial savings. For instance, we designed a fully hydraulic automated auto loader for a shot blasting machine for one of our UK customers. This solution saved significant labour costs and enhanced health and safety standards. We are currently in the process of supplying several special-purpose machines that will further reduce our customers' running costs and efforts.

Research and Development of New Technologies: We conduct research to develop new tool designs that save energy, time, and money. One of our most recent successful designs is the Volvo camber link part, featuring high-speed specific bush compressing and pressing technology, which saved considerable time, money, and effort for a well-known customer in India.
